As the owner of Yze Health Rehab, Derek Yzelman, is himself a polio survivor. Striving to live independently and actively, the ex-paralympian has been in the health rehab industry for over 20 years. His own experiences as a disabled person is his source of motivation to help other disabled people to live as independently as they can.

With Derek at the helm, we at Yze Health Rehab too, seek to alleviate the worries and concerns for our customers and their caregivers, providing information and the most suitable recommendations to suit each individual's needs.
